Every submission arrives as New. As you work through it, mark it Read, Replied, Spam, or Archived -- purely for your own organization, a visitor never sees their submission is status.

Your Shop Space saves every submission to the Requests inbox before it even attempts to send you a notification email. If your notification email fails or is not set up at all, the submission is still sitting safely in Requests -- nothing is ever lost to a failed email.
