What it is for on your own site
This exact tool -- categories, articles made of blocks, a sidebar, prev/next reading order -- is available for your own site too. Use it for customer-facing how-to content, or as internal documentation for your own staff.
Step by step
- Turn on Learning Center under Configuration -> Features.
- Go to Content -> Learning Center and add one or more categories.
- Add an article, build it from blocks (headings, paragraphs, tables), and publish it.
- Choose an Article Order in Page Settings -- Manual (drag to reorder), Alphabetical, or Newest First -- this controls the sidebar, the category grid, and the Previous/Next links together, so they always agree with each other.
