Private (Unlisted) Classes
Bookable by link only, never on the public calendar
When to use Private visibility, and how the shareable link actually works.
Setting it up
- In the class details, set Publishing Status to Private (unlisted, link only), and save.
- Add at least one time under When It Happens as usual.
- Each time is edit screen now shows a Shareable Private Link -- copy it and send it directly to whoever should be able to book. For a recurring private schedule, the link points at its first date; later occurrences reuse the same private token with a different date.
What stays hidden
A Private class never appears on the public /calendar/ page, in search results, or in any listing -- only someone with the exact link can view or book it. Good for a private group session, a one-off booked engagement, or testing a class before making it public.
