How Visitors Book
The public booking flow, member or guest
What a visitor actually sees and does when they book a class -- with or without an account.
Two paths
- Logged-in member -- picks a class, chooses a quantity of spots (up to 10), agrees to any required waivers, and confirms. If they hold a membership, the booking card shows their status (Unlimited/Lifetime active, or a banked credit count) right on the page.
- Guest (no account) -- fills in name and email, and Your Shop Space either matches an existing member by that email or creates a new account for them on the spot, then books the same way. No account is required for a one-time reservation.
After booking
The visitor lands on a confirmation page and receives a confirmation email with an Add to Calendar link. They can return to manage or cancel the booking at any time using the link in that email.
