Turning it on and adding one yourself

  1. Turn on Testimonials under Configuration -> Features (a paid-plan app).
  2. Go to Content -> Testimonials.
  3. Under Add a Testimonial, enter who it is from, an optional role or business name, an optional 1-5 star rating, the testimonial itself, and an optional photo.
  4. Click Add Testimonial -- it publishes immediately since you are entering it yourself.

Letting visitors submit their own

Under Page Settings, check Let visitors submit their own testimonial. A submission form then appears on your public Testimonials page -- but nothing a visitor submits ever shows up on your site until you personally approve it in the Pending section here. Approve, or Reject to keep it out without deleting the record. If they left an email, it shows only to you, for your own follow-up -- never publicly.

Where testimonials display

A full page at /testimonials/ lists everything published. Add a Testimonials section to any page from the page builder for a shorter teaser -- your homepage or a services page is a natural spot. Use the up/down arrows on the Published list to control the order they appear in.
