Building Your Staff Page
One page, two layout choices
Turning on the Staff app, and choosing between the Cards and Stacked layouts.
Turning it on
- Go to Configuration -> Features and turn on Staff, if it is not already.
- Go to Scheduling & Bookings -> Staff (or Content, depending on your setup) to manage people.
- A public page appears automatically at /staff/ -- you do not build or embed it yourself. Add it to your Website Menu if you want visitors to find it that way.
Cards vs. Stacked layout
In Page Settings for the Staff app, choose Cards (a grid, good for four or more people) or Stacked (a single-column list, good for a smaller team where you want more room per bio). With exactly one published staff member, Cards automatically shows a single larger featured profile instead of a one-item grid.
Bio display: inline or popup
Also in Page Settings, choose whether a full bio shows directly on the page, or behind a Read Full Bio popup that keeps the main page shorter. Either way, the short version (name, role, photo) always shows on the page itself.
