Registration, Capacity & Pricing

Free, paid, or just informational

The three registration modes, how capacity is enforced, and what "paid" actually means today.

The three modes

  • No Registration -- visitors see the class on the calendar, nothing to reserve.
  • Free Registration -- visitors reserve one of a limited number of spots at no charge, tracked against Capacity.
  • Paid Registration -- shows a price. A member with an active membership that has banked class-pack or single-class credits has those spent automatically when they book a paid class -- a member with no membership or an Unlimited/Lifetime membership is unaffected (Unlimited/Lifetime just always has access, nothing to spend).

Capacity

Set a Default Capacity on the class, or override it per time under Capacity Override in When It Happens -- useful when the same class runs in two different-sized rooms. Once a time reaches capacity, the public booking page stops offering new spots for it automatically.

Waivers show automatically

If you have a Privacy Policy or Liability Waiver published under Legal & Policies, the booking form automatically shows the matching checkbox -- you do not add this yourself. If a waiver is not published, its checkbox simply does not appear, so publish both before you rely on this for a class with any real risk.
