The public flow at /book/, including recurring bookings

What a client sees when booking an appointment, and the weekly-repeat option.

The booking steps

  1. A client goes to /book/ and picks a service.
  2. If more than one staff member offers it, they pick who (or No Preference), then a day, then an open time.
  3. They enter their name, email, and phone.
  4. If the service is Pay in Full or Deposit, they are sent to secure checkout to pay; otherwise the booking confirms immediately.

Repeating an appointment weekly

For a free or pay-in-person service, the booking form offers a Repeat choice -- Just This Once, or weekly for 4, 8, or 12 weeks. Choosing a repeat books each week is appointment individually; if a specific date is no longer available by the time it is booked, that one date is quietly skipped and you are told which, rather than the whole series failing. This option is not offered for paid or deposit services -- each of those is still booked one at a time.

Managing a booking afterward

The confirmation email includes a link to manage the appointment -- a client can cancel, add it to their own calendar, or reschedule it to a different open time for the same service and staff member without contacting you.
