Hidden Staff and How Staff Appear on Classes
What "Hidden" actually removes
The difference between Draft, Published, and Hidden, and how a hidden instructor still appears on their classes.
What Hidden means
A staff member marked Hidden keeps their name on any class they teach, but their photo, bio popup, and profile do not appear on the public Staff page or in class photo collages. Use this for someone who teaches but prefers to stay off the public team page.
Assigning them to a class still works
Hidden staff still show up (with a small Hidden badge for your own reference) in the instructor picker when scheduling a class time -- being hidden from the public Staff page does not remove them from your scheduling tools.
