Assigning instructors
In a time is When It Happens entry, the Instructors field lists everyone in your Staff app. Check one or more -- multiple instructors can teach the same time slot together. A staff member marked Hidden still appears here and can still be assigned; they are just left off the public Staff page.
The Event Coordinator
Only available for a Private (Unlisted) class. Set a coordinator (any existing member) on the time itself, and they can see that specific class is roster and remaining spots from their own account, and share its private booking link -- without needing admin access. Good for someone hosting a private class on your behalf who wants to help fill it themselves.
