Managing a Member's Membership

Memberships -> Manage Member Memberships (or the button in the Memberships title row). Search a member by name or email to open their record. The Memberships plan catalog and this per-member screen are deliberately separate -- one sets prices, the other manages people.

Grant Plan gives a member any plan without a payment -- a comp, a prize, a fix for a Stripe hiccup, or a plan sold in person. It takes effect immediately and shows in their history as an admin grant, distinct from a real purchase.

On a pack or single-class membership, Adjust Credits adds (a positive number) or removes (a negative number) classes, with a note for the record -- for comping an extra class, correcting a miscount, or crediting one back. Unlimited memberships do not track individual credits, so this does not apply to them.

Cancel Membership marks a membership canceled and stops it counting toward access. For an Unlimited plan bought through Stripe, also cancel the subscription on the Stripe side (or have the member do it from their account) so the monthly charge actually stops.

Every grant, purchase, adjustment, and cancellation for a member is listed on their record with the date and who did it. The main screen also shows recent activity across all members when you have not searched for anyone.
