Members accept your liability waiver — and a parental-consent waiver for minors — when they sign up or book. You get a dated acceptance record tied to the exact version of the text they agreed to.
“They signed something once” is not a record
If your waiver changes, the paper form in the drawer is now the wrong version. Here, editing the waiver starts a new version, and every acceptance is stamped with the person, the date, and the version they actually saw.
