Your schedule should not live in three places

A calendar plugin for the website, a booking app for registrations, a spreadsheet for the roster — and they never agree. Here it is one thing: publish a class, people sign up, the front desk prints the list.

What visitors see

A clean, filterable schedule of upcoming classes and events, each linking to its own details and a booking button.

How it works

Build the catalog

Each class or event: title, length, capacity, price, description.

Add a schedule

One-time, or weekly on chosen days, with instructors and a location.

Open registration

Free or paid through your Stripe. Members book against a pass or pay per class.

A roster for every session

See who is booked, check people in, and print the list. Milestone and birthday flags show on the roster. Overlapping schedules for the same instructor are caught before you save.
